Our training was great. My team (9 engineers) has been asking for this type of hands on training for close to four years. I am glad that we finally got it.

One of my major responsibilities is to determine the cause of, and eventually eliminate, some of our more persistent wave solder defects, including but not limited to bridges, icicles, skips, and insufficients.

Your trainer showed us how we could prevent many of these defects by controlling the speed of our backflow. He also highlighted how the pressure of our air knife could potentially create, instead of eliminate, some of the bridging problems we were experiencing. We had never even considered our air knife as a possible variable in our process.

Your paper on 'The Secret Technique of Marking Your Fingers' was received and helped us to identify another benefit of using our Optimizer on a daily basis.
