Your 2-Day wave solder process training course was great! My team now understands how we can eliminate many of our wave solder defects by using our Optimizers every day.

Specifically, your trainer uncovered the cause of a bridging problem that had recently been affecting one board with several SMT components on it. We thought we had tried everything possible to eliminate this problem. In only a couple of minutes, he got rid of the bridging completely by adjusting the dwell time for that board. He then provided us with step-by-step procedures on how we could prevent this defect again, and on how we can do the same for all of the board types we run now or may run in the future.

During our class, we also determined that some of our problems could be traced to areas we never even thought of, such as the speed of our back flow and solder temperature. To our great pleasure and in some cases amazement, board quality problems were instantly improved.

In sum, in just two days of hands-on training our staff's skills were vastly improved, a number of board problems that we've had for months were taken care of, and we were left with customized procedures for continuing at the high standard you've shown us. The fact is the improvements made during this training alone have already more than paid for the three new units we've ordered.
