Our training was a huge success. My entire team walked away from the training with a good grasp on everything from controlling our fluxer to establishing the best dwell times for our boards.

During our training we implemented your finger marking procedures on both of our wave machines. Eliminating our fingers as a cause of disparallelism will have an immediate impact on our ability to fix defects. We will now spend less time adjusting our wave machines when the real problem is with certain fingers. In retrospect, many of our quality problems have come from finger variations that we weren't aware of because we weren't even measuring them.

I also welcomed the opportunity to finally compare the Wave Solder Optimizer with its predecessor, our older Solder Wave Analyzer. The many advantages of the Optimizer were immediately apparent. I especially liked the four run memory and instant LCD display. I plan to invest in an Optimizer as soon as possible.

The training was everything you said it would be, and a whole lot more. I will be happy to share my feelings with any of your other customers who are considering your training.
