This was a great learning experience. Your Wave Solder Process Training and Troubleshooting was a resounding success with all sixteen members of our through hole staff.

We had uncertainty about the source of recurring bridging and insufficients on one of our main boards. Your training addressed those board issues in detail and we now have the knowledge necessary to improve our process thereby eliminating these defects.

You showed us how to use the Optimizer's Data Manager Software to track each Optimizer process recipe we create for all our boards. Now we realize that we can run the Optimizer before each shift to verify that recipe BEFORE board problems occur. This simple realization will save us countless time and money on rework and defects.
