Thank you for sending your instructor to our facility for your five-day workshop course covering wave soldering, reflow and selective soldering. I guarantee we will use the proactive, daily process procedures you showed us.

Your workshop instantly solved a frustrating bridging defect we were seeing on many of our boards for a long time. We thought it was a design problem, but by keeping our parallelism within your recommended specifications, lowering our backplate to create better backflow and shutting off our chip wave we actually saw this defect disappear. All of these steps were recommendations from your instructor, based on Optimizer data runs we took for this board during the hands-on portion of our training.
