Dear Mr. Ingall- Your instructor's ability to break matters down to their simple parts and key into the core issues is remarkable. Over my years in wave soldering, I've seen a lot of trainings and a lot of experts and a lot of vendors. Your approach is clearly different, refreshing, faster, easier and far more useful. This is the third training Technology Information Corp. has performed here, and the seventh for Delphi overall. Because of the fantastic response of our staff to your training workshops for buildings 5 and 6, we wanted very much for you to train our staff in buildings 1 through 4. This round of training was also a complete success. Now our technicians and operators completely understand the special Optimizer methods we use every day. The daily techniques are easy and apply to all 14 of our Optimizers and " most important " to all of our board assemblies. With the clear guidelines we set as management, and with the active oversight of our engineers, our staff will now react to Optimizer data right away. Regarding our wave machines, you've once again shown us exactly what we need to do to eliminate them as a variable in our board quality. Thank goodness, this let's us focus on the process. And if all else fails, we will return to The Wave Solder Survival Guide you gave us and, of course, we will call you. Adding your 1-Day Reflow Process Training Workshop to our program paid off. You've yet again shown us how easy it is to assemble boards at world-class standards. I don't know if your training workshops will help every assembly plant out there, but they have helped us dramatically. Sincerely, |
