This letter serves as a quick thank you for the day of troubleshooting for our wave soldering. The instructor was very knowledgeable and passionate about wave soldering.

I wish we also had been able to invest in your wave solder training course to train our people on wave soldering. Also, I feel we should have allocated at least two days for this troubleshooting to benefit even more from defect reduction using the Optimizer.

I look forward to using the Optimizer to reduce quality related defects in the factory. I expect the Optimizer combined with Design of Experiments, will reduce defects.
