Thanks for coming out to provide your wave soldering and reflow process workshops. We're glad we added them to the free troubleshooting visit that came with the tech support for our Optimizer unit.

We run a high mix-low volume board shop, and have always had persistent problems. While we have implemented traditional thermal profiling for our boards, we have not had easy-to-use tools to measure, verify, and control our machines. The Optimizer and Nozzle Leveler give us these tools. Daily use of your one-of-a-kind methods ensures that we are operating at the optimized parameters for each assembly.

By using our Optimizer's wave solder process procedures, we have been able to empower our operators and technicians and allow them to function more independently. I can now focus on engineering issues rather than firefighting, endless adjustments, and pushing boards out the door.

Also thanks for the expert troubleshooting and advice. You were able to diagnose and explain many of the reasons we were getting defects from our soldering processes. My Ops Manager and GM are thrilled with the much higher quality levels that we are enjoying.
