Unfortunately, we made the mistake of lapsing on our regular use of our Optimizer last year. Because of this I wanted my staff to become reacquainted with your methods and get your staff in here to tackle some of defects we have since we stopped using the Optimizer.

I was elated that your instructor showed us how to use the steps in your Take No Prisoners guide to actually eliminate our insufficients.
