Your wave solder training was very important to us because we have eleven wave machines running two shifts every day. That's a lot of volume and a lot of boards.

We've had other wave solder programs here but 48 Rotchild St. P.O.B 277 Rishon Le Zion 75200, ISRAEL's is a cut above the rest. You offered many ideas that were new to us, and showed us at our own wave machines why such methods are so important.

Your trainer drew the clear distinction between machines and process. I think most people think good machines equal good process. Our machines and chemistry are good and well maintained, but that does not mean we've been delivering to our various assemblies the best wave solder process.

Due to your course we will now add to our daily checklist at least three new, key functions. Even with my broad background in PCBA, I never imagined that such simple steps could have so great an impact on our board quality. That you could demonstrate this to us so easily on our own boards during the training is a big motivator.
