You showed us how to use the Optimizer's methods to eliminate insufficients that were affecting over 20% of our total production. We're already saving enough money on touchup and rework that will pay for the training many times over.

We've owned our Optimizer since February 2003, but our usage has been limited to controlling parallelism and checking preheat temperatures. We were certain we could get better benefits and so contracted to have your workshop at our plant. Well, we were right.
