As a growing Delphi facility in China, we have found our investment in your On-Site Wave Solder Training & Troubleshooting Workshop to be most helpful. We have excellent, experienced engineers overseeing our three Vitronics Soltec wave solder machines, but have been concerned about three types of recurring wave solder defects on our boards.

First, permit me to compliment you on the excellent effort made by your company to prepare for the specific needs of our staff, our boards and our wave machines. Your good communication, along with some of the materials you sent us in advance, had both your instructor and us better prepared for the training workshop.

The training itself gave all of us a step-by-step program to maintain a superior wave solder process. And significantly, your instructor was very effective in identifying exactly what was needed to reduce or eliminate our most frustrating defects. He helped us to achieve some of this so quickly we were amazed.

Permit me to add that we already had two of your Wave Solder Optimizers before the training. Because of the training workshop, we are now able to use them to our maximum benefit.

The bottom line is that our production costs have been lowered and our board quality improved immediately. This will easily continue because we are now much more effective in eliminating our defects and controlling our wave solder process.
