I'm reporting to you about the two days of troubleshooting that we included with our investment in a new Wave Solder Optimizer. In part due to your advice, I was present for the entire two days, as were my two key engineers.

This troubleshooting was quite remarkable for us. Your excellent instructor was able to very quickly cure board problems that we have not been able to eliminate. He showed us how easy it is for us to use the Optimizer's special daily applications to determine how we want to run each of our board types through our wave machines.

Your overall approach to wave soldering, in combination with the information provided by the Optimizer, brings an enormous change to our outlook. Our company and the industry as a whole will manage much, much better with your device and methods.

Thank you for making our work easier. All of us here are much more optimistic about our goals for improved quality and operating cost reductions.
