Speedline Electrovert Selects the Optimizer
Speedline Electrovert has evaluated all possible tools and methods for wave solder
process control. After careful assessment, Electrovert has chosen the Optimizer
as the best device in the world for measurement, control and optimization of board-wave
interaction.
Key factors: The Optimizer is the only device in the world which
- Employs technology and design which directly measure dwell time and immersion depth
for accurate measurement.

Electrovert uses its Optimizers more than 20 times per day in its Missouri manufacturing
facility to ensure the quality of their own wave machines. All Electrovert wave
machines are delivered to the customer with data from the Wave Solder Optimizer's
SPC software, showing the wave machine's performance compared to its specifications.
